Financial Policies

We offer two payment options for your convenience.

Option #1 – Full Session Fee (10%) A 10% discount is applied. You can remit payment by cash, check or credit card prior to the start of the session in order to receive the 10% discount.

Option #2 – Monthly (See below)

With Initial Enrollment:

We require a valid form of payment be placed on file in the secured parent portal.

You will be charged the registration fee (if applicable) and your child’s first month of tuition upon registering for a class.

Tuition may be prorated if you join in the middle of a session and mid month. You will also be charged on the 20th of the month for the upcoming month.

If you join between the 20th and end of month you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of that month plus the upcoming month.

Monthly Tuition:

You can make payments in person, through the SVGTC Connect app or online in the parent portal at your convenience with the payment method you prefer.

Tuition is billed (posted) on the 16th of every month for the upcoming month.

On the 20th of each month the payment method on file will be charged for the upcoming month for any/all class(es) your family is enrolled in that have not already been paid for.

The cardholder or account holder for the account(s) you place on file authorize Saco Valley Gymnastics Training Center to charge the card or bank account on file.

Tuition is not prorated and make-ups are not offered for scheduled closings. Over the course of our two school year sessions we have already accounted for these closings. Your child’s class is scheduled to meet twenty times per day of the week it meets during a session. There are five scheduled payments during Session I and five scheduled payments during Session II. 20/5=4. Students will average four classes per payment over the course of the session for a total of twenty classes. In the summer session classes are scheduled to meet a total of eight times, with two payments. 8/2=4.

Tuition is not prorated for unscheduled closings beyond our control-such as ice storms. We do offer makeups for these unscheduled closings. We have a very generous make up policy that we hope you will take advantage of if your child ever needs to miss for illness or even a schedule conflict.

Your monthly enrollment is guaranteed throughout each session and will continue unless you notify us of withdrawal.

If you choose to withdraw for the upcoming month, a withdrawal form must be submitted online by the 15th of the current month. Once tuition is charged, you have committed for that month. We do not issue a refund if you withdraw earlier in the month and there are classes remaining. Your tuition is based on enrollment (guaranteed spot) and not a reflection of attendance.

You can schedule a make-up for any missed classes through the Parent Portal.

Declined payments

If your payment method is declined due to insufficient funds or it is expired, you will receive an email notification. Please log into your parent portal and update your payment information and make payment. You will have until the 27th of the month to make payment. If there is still an outstanding balance after the 27th, we reserve the right to drop your child from the class and offer the space to the next child on the waitlist. We take this approach to control costs for our entire gym community.

Returned Checks or ACH Payments

There will be a $15 fee for all returned checks or ACH payments.

Payment Methods

You can update your method of payment at any time by logging onto the Parent Portal. We offer ACH or E-check and Mastercard, Discover and Visa.. ACH is the most cost effective payment method for SVGTC. You can also pay via cash or check at the front desk; however, a card or bank account must be kept on file.

Registration Fees

At SVGTC we have a $45 annual enrollment fee with a maximum family annual enrollment fee of $60. This fee is billed annually in September. The first year you join, if you join mid-year the fee will be prorated according to the session you join in. Session I $45; Session II $30; Summer $15

For students who are continually enrolled for all twelve previous months (September-August) your account will receive a $20 “Thank you” credit by September 15th that can be applied towards future tuition, clinics, birthday parties, camps, apparel or special events.

Sibling and Multi-Class Discounts

A $5 per month multi-class discount is applied for every subsequent class a child takes.
A $5 per month sibling discount is applied for second (and third, +) siblings enrolling from the same household.
Multi-class/student discounts are not able to be combined.

Late Pick-Up Fee

Prompt pick-up at the end of your child’s class is extremely important. Your child’s coach needs to greet his/her next group directly after your child'[s class ends. Children cannot remain on premises unaccompanied. A fee of $1/minute will be added to your account if you are more than 5 minutes late picking your child up from class.

Make Up Policies

AT SVGTC we offer unlimited make-up classes so your child can stay home when they are unwell, or attend special school and family events without worry about what they are missing in the gym. They will get to make that time up in any other age and level appropriate class on the schedule as long as the make-up happens in the session the class was missed and they gymnast or ninja is still actively enrolled in classes.
