I love this place! My daughter does gymnastics and all the teachers are great. They allow you to come in or conveniently sit out in your car (if you have an easily distracted kiddo) and watch on their app. Which is also great because family can also sign up and can watch your kiddo from the comfort of their home. Highly recommend, especially if you have a kiddo just starting you!

An hour of open training each week, just for you!
This is progress time! Open Training is an hour dedicated to our member athletes ages 6-17 designed to help them sharpen skills, refine technique, and grow their confidence. With coaches present for safety and guidance, kids can practice gymnastics, ninja, or cheer skills they are already working on in class, at their own pace, with their own goals in mind.
Come ready to work hard, stay focused, and take your training further.
