Our Mission

We seek to create a learning laboratory for kids to test and explore their potential, learn more about themselves and life, and do so inside a supportive and inclusive community. We exist to help children grow into happy, healthy, responsible members of our community.

Teaching Principles

At Saco Valley Gymnastic Training Center, our teaching principles are rooted in fostering holistic development in our gymnasts. We believe in providing a supportive and nurturing environment where each gymnast is encouraged to reach their full potential, both athletically and personally. I love this place! My daughter does gymnastics and all the teachers are great. They allow you to come in or conveniently sit out in your car (if you have an easily distracted kiddo) and watch on their app. Which is also great because family can also sign up and can watch your kiddo from the comfort of their home. Highly recommend, especially if you have a kiddo just starting you!
